The artist has selected a text that echoes his work’s frequent evocation of paradoxes: ‘The Garden of Forking Paths’ (1944) by Jorge Luis Borges. From the late 1960s onwards Cildo Meireles has written detaled project descriptions as an integral aspect of his work.
