Ana Matronic has a long history of performing and emceeing, and is best known as the lone female member of internationally renowned group Scissor Sisters, whose debut album was the UK’s highest-selling record of 2004, garnering three Brit Awards (UK Grammys) for Best International Group, Best Album, and Breakthrough Artist, as well as a Grammy nomination. She collaborated with the band New Order on the single “Jetstream” in 2005. In New York, she has been a featured performer at Deitch Projects, The Kitchen, Joe’s Pub, Weimar New York, Maison du Chic, and Victoria at the Stonewall Inn.
