We Are MTO, the title of the latest recording by trumpeter, arranger, composer, and bandleader Steven Bernstein and his Millennial Territory Orchestra is a defiant declaration from an underground New York City band whose “underground” has been slowly and surely paved over with condos and nightclubs.
